Refund policy

 

We stand behind our products at Meraki and want to make sure every customer is happy and confident in all of their purchases. 

*Returns and Exchanges with a receipt will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid. Without a receipt will be returned at the lowest price of the item for in store credit. If you checked out under your customer account we can try and look it up that way so you can still get the full refund. 

*Items must have tags attached and must be un-worn and un-washed in order to be returned/exchanged.

*Online purchases may be returned with receipt within 21 days of purchase
